Upon booking you will receive an email and text message sharing instructions for your visit, including links to the intake forms:

1. Intake Form (required; first visit only)
2. Consent & Liability Waiver (each visit; effective July 2024)
3. Photo/Video Consent for use of images in marketing and content materials (optional; one-time)

The required form(s) need to be completed at least 2-hours before your visit. Delay in completing the form(s) could result in loss of deposit if the appointment must be rescheduled.

SLS requires before and after photos/videos for general record keeping purposes. Photos/videos will not be used for marketing or creation of content materials without a signed photo/video consent form.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The payment of the balance is due on the day of service. 

For your convenience, we accept multiple forms of electronic payments including: 

• Apple Pay
• Cash App
• Credit/Debit
• Cash (end of service payment)

Please note, effective July 2024, that a 3% fee will be applied for credit/debit card payments. 

10 min late - $15

20 min late (with prior notice) - $25 

20+ min late (without prior notice)- must reschedule; new deposit required

1st No Show - 100% value of the deposit (50% of full-service charge) 

2nd No Show - 100% value of the deposit (50% of the full-service charge)  and blocked from booking (only walk-in service permitted)

Reschedule 24+ hours in advance - free (no new deposit required)

Reschedule (Sunday Appointment) 48 or less hours in advance - new deposit required

More than one Reschedule (for the same appointment) - $30 Rescheduling fee

Reschedule less than 24 hours - new deposit required

Payment, Late, No Show & Rescheduling policies apply to services booked in relation to Groupon vouchers. The applicable policy will be applied to value of voucher.

Voucher redemption codes must be provided at time of service booking.When booking services, enter the Groupon redemption code (not the voucher number) in the notes section.  Otherwise, a deposit of 50% of the regular service price is due at time of booking. 

Appointments will not be confirmed without a valid redemption code or deposit. 

• Wear comfortable clothing
• No make-up (any service for the face & neck
• Try to get your service at least 48 hours before a special event
• Depending on the service requested, please do not have other services in the same area 2 - 7 days before, for your health and safety. Consult with SLS if you have any questions
• Ensure SLS has up-to-date information regarding allergies, health considerations/conditions, concerns, and goals prior to service

• Wear comfortable clothing
• Gently exfoliate at least 24 hours prior to wax
• Hair should be the length of a grain of rice (first time waxing an area)
• If you are sensitive, you could take Advil or Tylenol 30 mins prior (optional)*
• We recommend, booking service at least 48 hours before a special event
• Ensure SLS has up-to-date information regarding allergies, health considerations/conditions, concerns, and goals before your service.
